TL;DR
Sales Engineer (HR Tech): Building and demonstrating technical SaaS solutions to prospective clients in Eastern Europe and the Middle East with an accent on understanding customer requirements and translating them into relevant product solutions. Focus on owning the technical sales cycle end-to-end, handling complex technical conversations, and providing thought leadership on HR technology trends.

What you will do
- Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of software for prospects and customers.
- Discuss HR tech needs and pains with customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand requirements and provide support.
- Own all elements of the technical sales cycle.
- Relay client technical feedback to the product development team.
- Assist in training sales team members on product technical aspects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Presales/Sales Engineering role with SaaS Enterprise solutions.
- Solid understanding of the Eastern European market is a MUST.
- Local language skills (e.g., Polish, Ukrainian, Russian) are a MUST.
- Experience managing the technical side of the sales cycle end-to-end.
- Experience with HCM software solutions (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits).
- Ability to handle complex technical conversations and relay information to non-technical customers.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Experience working in both enterprise and startup environments.
