TL;DR

Account Manager (HR Tech): Expanding footprint within client organizations by strategically positioning the value of hirify.global's HR software suite with an accent on unlocking revenue potential and driving client success through consultative selling. Focus on leveraging the MEDDPICC framework for complex sales cycles and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid in Israel

What you will do

  • Identify upsell opportunities and deliver new ARR within existing accounts.
  • Leverage the MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their goals and position hirify.global solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Renewal Managers, and Sales Engineers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell.

Requirements

  • Proven track record (at least 4 years) in delivering revenue through upselling in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience using the MEDDPICC framework (preferably certified).
  • Ability to forecast accurately, analyze performance, and achieve targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with Customer Success and Renewal teams.
  • Experience selling HR technology and conducting value-led product demonstrations.
  • Fluent Hebrew & English is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience in both new business acquisition and managing existing accounts (360 Sales).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
