Salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead payroll processing for U.S. multi-state and Canadian employees ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll operations with EOR providers and vendors across Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure accurate payroll data tracking.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records and maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Support payroll automation and Workday Payroll system testing and rollout.
  • Serve as a payroll subject matter expert providing guidance globally and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 3 years payroll experience with U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll expertise.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems with configuration and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams.
  • Ability to work remotely in a global environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with global payroll transformation or automation initiatives.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements in Europe and LATAM.
