What you will do
- Lead payroll processing for U.S. multi-state and Canadian employees ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate payroll operations with EOR providers and vendors across Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure accurate payroll data tracking.
- Conduct audits of payroll records and maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
- Support payroll automation and Workday Payroll system testing and rollout.
- Serve as a payroll subject matter expert providing guidance globally and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years payroll experience with U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll expertise.
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems with configuration and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax requirements, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams.
- Ability to work remotely in a global environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with global payroll transformation or automation initiatives.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements in Europe and LATAM.
