What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain financial models and detailed forecasts of future operations.
• Perform variance analysis by comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain weekly agile forecasting processes with department leaders.
• Develop models, processes, and reports for tracking key business metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Board packages.
• Drive enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, software, or information technology.
• Knowledge of FP&A planning tools.
