TL;DR

Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead efforts on workstreams related to new hire, merit, and/or out-of-cycle equity requests to build expertise.
  • Play a major role in the annual comprehensive market analysis related to executive compensation levels.
  • Support creation and administration of incentive programs and compensation topics in public disclosures.
  • Maintain compensation infrastructure (e.g., job families, grades, titling) and work towards mastery.
  • Support business leaders, HRBPs, and compensation teammates across all business segments with all-things equity compensation.
  • Actively seek opportunities to present to gradually master storytelling with data and ensure pay practices remain compliant.

Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years of Compensation, Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or a related field experience.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets (will be tested with a case).
  • Exceptional analytical skills to find patterns or trends in large datasets.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in the United States to be eligible for US-specific benefits and E-Verify program participation.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to key executive and equity compensation topics (ASC 718, Reg S-K).
  • Prior Compensation experience at a publicly-traded high-tech organization.
  • Proficiency with VBA, Python, or other coding languages for automation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Radford and Mercer’s job catalogs and leveling conventions.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Exec Comp (CECP), and/or Equity (CEP).
