What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and executive stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to achieve customer objectives and mature security awareness programs.
- Manage onboarding, renewal, and upsell opportunities for strategic accounts.
- Conduct business reviews and monitor customer health metrics to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and provide feedback to product teams.
- Maintain accurate account administration in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Clearwater, Florida, within the greater Tampa Bay area
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts, preferably with hirify.global products.
- Strong communication skills with high-level executives and excellent customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
