Vp Customer Success (Hcm Fintech): Lead and scale a world-class Customer Success team for Americas focusing on HCM and payroll solutions with an accent on customer retention, satisfaction, and AI-driven innovation. Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and work onsite 2-3 days per week

Salary: $212,000 - $280,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the Americas book of business with focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and value through adoption.
  • Build and lead the Americas Customer Success strategy and leadership team.
  • Participate in global CS executive leadership and align regional efforts.
  • Lead a regional Customer Success Management team and support related services teams.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and manage escalations.
  • Partner with sales and account management to drive customer expansion and advocacy.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite 2-3 days weekly.
  • Proven executive experience leading Customer Success in fast-growing scale-ups serving mid-market clients.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM and/or Finance processes and decision maker personas.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience implementing automation and process improvements in payroll and CS operations.
  • Hands-on AI experience applied to Customer Success to enhance service and engagement.
