What you will do
- Lead enterprise customers through complex integrations with hirify.global's API.
- Identify and resolve integration challenges, tailoring solutions to enterprise requirements.
- Support sales cycles with technical insight, lead workshops, and deliver tailored demos.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for successful delivery and issue resolution.
- Become a subject matter expert in the hirify.global API and its enterprise capabilities.
- Write, review, and debug code as part of end-to-end API integration.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading Implementations with large Enterprise customers.
- Hands-on programming skills relevant to API integration and experience writing/maintaining code.
- Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with back-end development practices and API-driven architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple enterprise accounts effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Payments Industry, Open Banking, or Fintech.
- Hands-on coding experience in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Ability to speak one or more additional European languages.
