What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship scalable technical solutions across multiple hirify.global services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers across hirify.global and Microsoft.
• Contribute to design documents and technical validation under guidance from senior leaders.
• Monitor service health, scalability, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain live services.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to automate integration and delivery pipelines.
• Investigate and escalate technical issues, ensuring timely resolution within service level objectives.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience in software engineering or related field with proficiency in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Must be located in or able to work remotely from the United Kingdom.
• Experience with distributed systems at global scale and remote, distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for good API design practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern AI/machine learning technologies and Large Language Models.
