What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success post-sales
• Collaborate with advanced AI teams to build, optimize, and scale ML and GenAI workflows
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices and represent customer feedback internally
• Support onboarding and adoption of the hirify.global platform
• Influence product roadmap based on customer needs and technical expertise

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or willing to work hybrid with remote considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office
• 3–5 years relevant experience in similar AI/ML engineering roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux/Unix
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, HuggingFace, Fastai, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or Ray
• Background in data engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with hyperparameter optimization and data pipeline tools
