Location: This role can be hybrid (onsite from NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle three days per week) or fully remote within the United States. Both arrangements include travel 2–3 times per year.

Salary: Hybrid Commitment: $145,000–$165,000 USD Annually. Fully Remote Commitment: $120,000–$134,000 USD Annually.

• Build and scale internal tooling that streamlines and empowers clinical teams for product development.
• Enhance personalization and insights across client and provider experiences by integrating human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
• Address technical scaling challenges to support increasing load, partnering with the internal Telehealth Platform team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience making meaningful contributions to production systems.
• Full-stack fluency, comfortable building end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
• Impact-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
• English: B2+ required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States and be located within US time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Experience working in regulated healthcare environments or handling sensitive data (HIPAA).
• AI-fluent or AI-curious, comfortable using modern AI tooling.
