TL;DR

Salary: Hybrid Commitment: $145,000–$165,000 USD Annually. Fully Remote Commitment: $120,000–$134,000 USD Annually.

- Address technical scaling challenges to support increasing load, partnering with the internal Telehealth Platform team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience making meaningful contributions to production systems.
- Full-stack fluency, comfortable building end-to-end features across backend services, APIs, and user-facing interfaces.
- Impact-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
- English: B2+ required.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States and be located within US time zones.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments or handling sensitive data (HIPAA).
- AI-fluent or AI-curious, comfortable using modern AI tooling.
