What you will do

  • Build and scale backend systems that power spreadsheet-like interface and data integrations.
  • Tackle performance and scalability challenges as millions of transactions are pulled from third-party systems.
  • Translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
  • Influence engineering processes and product direction.
  • Collaborate with a distributed team to deliver features end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Solid software engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments (Series A–C).
  • Strong backend skills with TypeScript (Node.js), Postgres, and Redis.
  • Ability to write clean, performant code and move fast when needed.
  • Experience owning features end-to-end, including technical specs and post-launch support.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset to drive decisions and progress.
