What you will do

• Produce end-to-end technical video tutorials and walkthroughs using tools like Camtasia and PowToons.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, incorporating motion graphics and animations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, step-by-step scripts and instructional content for both humans and AI.
• Manage video content on YouTube and Vimeo, implementing SEO best practices to improve discoverability.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and maintain up-to-date product documentation.
• Analyze customer feedback and website statistics to identify content gaps and develop a long-term content strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end tutorial or instructional video production from planning to final delivery.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or PowToon.
• Strong writing skills for technical scripts and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.
• 1+ year of experience in a technical hosting or email environment is preferred.
