Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Hove, UK
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Deep expertise in software engineering, architecture, and technology roadmapping in regulated environments
• Proven leadership of cross-functional product engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management including C-suite engagement
• Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, cloud-native engineering, and API-led integration
