Associate Director Product Marketing And Campaigns (Marketing): Leading the campaign management team to design, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and meet organizational objectives with an accent on product marketing strategy, campaign planning, and team leadership. Focus on developing product value propositions, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and aligning campaign strategies globally while supporting regional activations.

Location: Must be based in or near London, UK with legal work eligibility and comfortable with hybrid work (2 days onsite)

Salary: £53,629–£67,036 per year

What you will do

  • Develop product value propositions and messaging frameworks aligned with sales and market activation teams.
  • Own global product marketing strategy and oversee campaign planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Lead and manage the campaign team, providing direction, feedback, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • Support campaign managers in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams and implementing cross-functional planning processes.
  • Maintain audience personas and oversee market research to inform campaign strategies.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure cohesive global and localized campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work legally in the UK and live within commutable distance to London
  • Comfortable with hybrid work requiring 2 days per week onsite in London
  • Strategic marketer with CIM qualification or equivalent and experience in integrated global marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital and offline marketing channels and B2B product marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management, influencing skills, and experience managing agencies and research.
  • Experience in team leadership and embedding new processes and ways of working.
