What you will do

  • Manage technical debt across products and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to reduce risk and influence technical estate decisions.
  • Advocate technical improvements within product roadmaps.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of change projects.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct impact analysis on technology decisions and costs, and gather requirements to optimise technology investments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and technical debt concepts.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Product Management).
