What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework aligned with strategic goals.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize potential risks across the organization, including financial, operational, and internal compliance risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements, preparing and presenting comprehensive risk reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with and advise senior management, C-suite executives, and board members on risk issues.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization and drive continuous improvement of risk management processes.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic business acumen to understand operational and commercial aspects and identify associated risks.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and solve complex business problems.
• Ability to challenge and influence key senior stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing high-performing Risk teams.
