What you will do

• Enhance ATS, Careers site, CRM, and Oracle HCM Cloud Modules ensuring integration with payroll systems.
• Provide continuous support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM cloud applications and payroll systems.
• Manage quarterly updates and implement necessary changes to ATS and payroll systems.
• Gather, analyze, and document HR system requirements collaborating with HR and business stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams including IT, Data, and Integrations to align system design and processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as user guides and configuration workbooks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK (onsite role)
• Proven experience in Oracle HCM and strong understanding of HR processes and payroll systems.
• Hands-on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle HCM.
• Ability to analyze complex HR requirements and ensure data integrity and security within Oracle HCM.
• Experience with HCM transformation projects and awareness of quarterly Oracle releases.
• English: B2 level or higher required
