What you will do
- Enhance ATS, Careers site, and CRM, ensuring integration with payroll systems and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning and Performance, HR Helpdesk).
- Provide continuous support for payroll and ATS, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently via case management.
- Utilise strong knowledge of payroll systems to align with the BAU calendar, manage changes, and resolve integration issues.
- Oversee quarterly updates for ATS and Oracle HCM and implement payroll system updates.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document HR system requirements, translating them into ATS and Oracle systems.
- Partner with internal L&G teams (IT, Data, Integrations) to ensure design, functionality, and processes align with change impact analysis.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and configuration workbooks.
Requirements
- Proven Experience in Oracle HCM is crucial.
- Strong Understanding of HR Processes & Best Practices.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Tools.
- Ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle HCM.
- Hands-on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Experience of being part of a HCM transformation and awareness of quarterly releases with both Oracle.
