What you will do

• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to track progress and support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain custom reporting dashboards in tools such as Power BI, leveraging APIs and Azure DevOps.
• Streamline project documentation and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of frameworks, tools, and best practices across the product organization.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Product Operations Associate role or a role requiring a thorough understanding of SDLC.
• Strong experience with project management software, including Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Excel, ServiceNow, Monday.com.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• English: C1-C2 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to develop scripts and interact with APIs.
• Knowledge of German.
