Location: Hybrid, Madrid, Spain (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)

What you will do

• Assist in the end-to-end delivery of small to medium features related to global payments and collections, from ideation to launch.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned features and report on product performance.
• Support the team by writing clear user stories and resolving queries.
• Participate in user research to gain foundational understanding of end users (SMEs and entrepreneurs) and market landscape.
• Understand the product's basic architecture, technology stack, and how work contributes to the team's product vision.
• Translate product strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap for small areas and effectively present feature plans.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from top schools (e.g., Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Imperial, UCL, Cambridge, Oxford).
• Strong interest in payments and how money moves around the globe.
• Curiosity and a desire to make a difference.
• CV/resume must be submitted in English.
