Product Graduate (Payments): Assisting in the delivery and ownership of small to medium features within payment and collection systems, focusing on solving challenges related to global money movement for SMEs. Location: Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week in Madrid.

What you will do

• Assist in the delivery of small features related to global money movement for international trade.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of small to medium features impacting payment and collection systems.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned features and report on product performance.
• Support the team by writing clear user stories and resolving queries.
• Participate in user research to develop a foundational understanding of end users (SMEs and entrepreneurs) and the market landscape.
• Translate product strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap for a small area or feature set.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from top schools (e.g., Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE/ICAI), Imperial, UCL, Cambridge, Oxford).
• Interest in payments and how money moves around the globe.
• Curious and eager to make a difference.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be able to work hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home) in Madrid.
