Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Drive requirements and priorities for operational monitoring, tenant management, and support tools.
• Embed auditing, compliance, and security controls into workflows to reduce risk.
• Deliver onboarding tools and administrative consoles to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement deployment automation and configuration migration to shorten release cycles.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency through KPIs and capacity planning.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting capabilities to enhance reliability and reduce MTTR.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Raanana, Israel
• 5+ years of product ownership experience in SaaS platforms with operational focus.
• Technical background or software engineering experience.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and AWS.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, deployment automation, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
