Salary: $175,000–$205,000 (OTE including salary and variables)

What you will do

• Drive Go-to-Market strategy, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and content for AI capabilities.
• Conduct market research on the rapidly evolving agentic software market to shape product roadmap and GTM execution.
• Develop clear, compelling product positioning and value propositions based on pain points and business objectives.
• Lead product launches and build partner ecosystem strategies by coordinating efforts across GTM and R&D teams.
• Perform sales training to ensure field effectiveness in positioning and selling hirify.global’s AI solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert representing hirify.global with analysts, partners, customers, and at industry events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years in a product marketing role.
• Hands-on generative/agentic AI experience is required.
• Strong market research and analytical skills to inform and validate product strategy, scoping, positioning, and messaging.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proven track record of experimenting with new AI technologies.
• Experience tailoring product packaging and positioning into solutions for various industry, segment, and functional audiences.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule from offices in New York, Raleigh, Austin, San Francisco Bay (USA), Tel Aviv (Israel), or London (UK).
