What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to grow and excel in their roles.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for a key domain within the platform.
• Oversee product execution from ideation to delivery ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Foster cross-team collaboration between product, R&D, and business stakeholders.
• Partner with R&D leadership on prioritization, planning, and resourcing.
• Influence company-wide prioritization to drive impactful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Israel
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring product managers.
• Extensive product management experience with SaaS B2B products and complex systems.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen aligned with company goals.
• Deep understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven mindset with expertise in defining and tracking product KPIs.
• HR Tech industry experience is a strong advantage.
