What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and develop new functionalities using AI tools.
• Implement full-stack features, from React frontend to Java backend, including APIs and data models (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
• Continuously integrate AI into the development cycle for boilerplate code, tests, and debugging.
• Ensure high code quality through ownership, unit tests, and code reviews.
• Advocate for continuous system and tooling improvements.

Requirements

• Proven track record (approx. 5–8 years) of building SaaS software products.
• Product-driven mindset, balancing technical elegance with pragmatism.
• Strong problem-solving ability and initiative.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development (RESTful APIs/microservices) and React/TypeScript for frontend.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB (or similar NoSQL).
• Adaptive learner, eager to learn new languages, frameworks, or AI tools.
• Effective remote collaboration skills, capable of syncing within Central European working hours.
