What you will do

• Build and enhance products to scale hirify.global’s API and embed products.
• Collaborate with teams across hirify.global to refine procedures, ensuring excellent customer experiences and operational efficiency.
• Serve as an incident responder for technical issues, fostering a blameless culture of learning.
• Research, design, and implement enhancements that strengthen products and processes.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in building backend systems.
• Expertise in .NET (latest 8+), SQL databases, and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with automated test frameworks.
• Cloud experience with Azure/AWS.
• Proven track record of delivering value to customers or users, collaborating with product teams and designers.
• Availability: At least 5 hours of overlap with GMT working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with building API products in fintech, payroll, or benefits.
