Location: Hybrid setup with an office in Stockholm, Sweden. The team is located in Sweden, the Netherlands, and Finland.

What you will do

• Assess hirify.global's global needs and implement effective solutions for platforms.
• Administer, develop, configure, and support IT and Business applications with a focus on Google Workspace.
• Design, implement, and improve automation and integrations for hirify.global's tech platforms.
• Manage system lifecycle handling, implementation, administration, replacement, and support globally across all markets.
• Help set up ways-of-working and best practices in close collaboration with local teams.
• Proactively identify and work to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working with Google Workspace in an agile and high-paced environment.
• Expert in integrations, automations, and configuring SaaS applications.
• Experience in scripting (e.g., Java, Powershell, Google Apps Script).
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-growing company organization with high levels of ambiguity and flat hierarchy structures.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ISO27001 / NIS2.
• Experience from handling several markets (global or multi-region).
• Experience with Slack, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Jira Service Management / ITSM Systems.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
