What you will do

• Build high-quality, scalable backend code following best engineering practices
• Collaborate with product managers to understand and adapt requirements
• Own implementation from design through test automation and documentation
• Design simple schemas and APIs tailored to customer needs
• Deliver rapid software iterations based on feedback and metrics
• Contribute to software architecture and cloud infrastructure design

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Gdansk, Sopot or Gdynia, Poland
• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS
• Strong Agile and software development lifecycle knowledge
• Good written and spoken English skills
