What you will do

• Define and execute strategy for advanced self-service BI using Gen AI and conversational tools.
• Model and implement a robust semantic data layer ensuring consistent business metrics.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards for quality, compliance, and security.
• Provide strategic data partnership to executive leadership and departments.
• Lead and mentor BI/Data Science team, managing resources and upskilling members.
• Develop and oversee advanced data science projects including predictive and prescriptive models.

Requirements

• Location: Munich with hybrid work setup
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years in business intelligence, preferably in startup/tech/software environments.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with conversational BI tools and SQL; knowledge of AWS and BigQuery is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Thoughtspot and data analysis using Python or R.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ML operationalization.
