What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements for AI/ML and GenAI initiatives.
• Analyze business processes to identify AI efficiency and decision-making improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and product teams to align AI capabilities.
• Support product discovery, experimentation, and validation of AI features.
• Prepare process diagrams, workflows, and documentation related to AI solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid/remotely within Germany
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software or data-driven environments.
• Experience with AI/ML or GenAI initiatives and understanding of AI fundamentals.
• Strong skills in process analysis, workflow optimization, and stakeholder communication.
• English and German: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above required
