What you will do

• Own architecture decisions for core systems (e.g., tracking, document pipelines, analytics).
• Lead high-impact technical projects from design to implementation across backend and frontend.
• Guide refactoring of the existing monolith and help modularize services like tracking, booking, and email processors.
• Build and enforce engineering best practices (code quality, testing, observability, security).
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and fellow engineers to ship stable and scalable features.
• Mentor and support mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and contributing to hiring.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong command of Nest.js and TypeScript, with deep architectural knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js/React, ideally deployed on Vercel.
• Proven background in architecting and scaling web apps, especially in startup or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging queues (Kafka, SQS), and asynchronous architecture.
• Solid grounding in API design, system security, observability, and CI/CD.
• Experience mentoring or technically leading small engineering teams.
• English: B2 required.

• Experience working on document automation / LLM integrations.
• Background in logistics or supply chain tech.
• Familiarity with Postgres performance tuning and data pipelines.
• Comfortable writing technical documentation and planning refactors.
