Location: Europe (GMT-1 to GMT+4, excluding Russia)
Type: Full-time, Remote
Salary: 6000-9000 EUR

Building fast, flexible enterprise software via small, expert teams delivering real products, not slideware.

Role Overview:
- Design AI-first enterprise product architectures balancing capability, cost, risk, and time.
- Hands-on coding, prototyping, code reviews.
- Direct client collaboration, understanding systems, explaining trade-offs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand: Map capabilities, business processes, services.
- Design: System architecture, technology selection, performance targets.
- Build: Code prototypes, test assumptions, review code.
- Guide: Support engineers, make technical decisions, document architecture.
- Client Work: Translate business needs, explain options, recommend improvements.
- Manage Risk: Ensure security, compliance, and reliability in design.

Tools & Methods:
- System & API design, infrastructure as code
- AWS, Azure, GCP (serverless preferred)
- AI/ML integration (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
- Documentation & client workshops

Required Skills:
- 8+ years software development; 3+ years architecture experience
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Modern infrastructure: containers, serverless, IaC
- AI/ML integration experience
- Enterprise security, compliance, legacy systems
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Current coding skills

Nice to Have:
- Regulated industries experience (healthcare, finance, government)
- AI/ML platform expertise
- Cloud cost management
- Edge computing, IoT, distributed systems
