What you will do

• Define and implement AI architecture strategy for LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
• Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of production-grade LLM chatbots and AI agents.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune LLMs, optimize prompts, and enhance model performance.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Establish and promote MLOps best practices, including model monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior engineers and integrate AI capabilities into existing cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in architectural or leadership roles delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions, particularly LLMs and Generative AI systems.
• Expert in LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
• Deep understanding of cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure) for scalable, reliable AI deployments.
• CV must be uploaded in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI development frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of AI red teaming tools.
• Passion for keeping up with the latest AI research, techniques, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to identify opportunities for innovation in AI product development.
