✨ Your Role
◾ Create and refine training materials and program structures to ensure comprehensive knowledge of games and procedures for team members.
◾Develop performance improvement plans and establish relevant KPIs to improve training quality and effectiveness.
◾ Train staff on specific procedures and controls, fostering an environment that supports professional development and high performance.
onfidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all activities related to monitoring, reporting, and communication.
◾ Inspire and encourage trainees by providing constructive feedback to both individuals and management, promoting continuous improvement.




Your Qualifications
✔️Native or fluent in Serbian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
✔️ A positive outlook with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
✔️Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
✔️Experience in designing and delivering training programs for casino roles or similar positions.
✔️ Professional certifications or qualifications related to gaming operations or instructional design.
✔️ Local or EU Passport holder ❗
