What you will do

• Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations using diverse data sets and business knowledge.
• Create clear data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize business strategies.
• Develop predictive models to uncover growth opportunities and support planning.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate AI/GenAI solutions into business processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, digital, and customer support teams to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be located in San Diego or Mountain View, California, USA.
• 4+ years experience in product, web, or customer experience analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, big data technologies (Redshift, Spark, Hive, BigQuery), and BI tools (Tableau, Qlik).
• Expertise in experimentation design and causal inference methods.
• Understanding of AI-native architectures and GenAI platforms.
• Strong business acumen and data storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
