What you will do

• Participate in projects focused on improving operational performance, with an emphasis on merchandising processes such as forecasting, pricing, stock control, and logistics.
• Assist in the launch and expansion of merchandising operations in new cities and countries.
• Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, deadlines are met, and blockers are escalated early.
• Support the creation of forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses, and sales dashboards.
• Help redesign and optimize merchandising workflows, automating processes related to inventory, logistics, and reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies across merchandising and operational processes, proposing data-driven solutions and improvements.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, analytics, supply chain, merchandising, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating tasks with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, retail, or merchandising.
• Previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs.
• Experience with ERP systems, POS tools, or logistics/stock management software.
