Accent on translating business needs into functional requirements and participating in data flow design for cross-platform integrations.

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania. Applicants must be permanently located in Romania.

What you will do

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
• Perform end-to-end requirements analysis using UML and BPMN notation.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and ideas.
• Document and communicate the results of your analysis efforts.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, understandable functional requirements.
• Participate in data flow design for cross-platform projects and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Ability to create UML, BPMN, and flow diagrams, as well as use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.
• Ability to lead, drive, and communicate with both business users and technical teams.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience working on marketing projects.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Practitioner of human-centered design principles.
