What you will do

• Perform functional analysis and create specifications based on requirements
• Analyze business processes and translate needs into functional IT requirements
• Create detailed documentation for product features and user requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet needs

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania or able to work remotely from there
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in the payment sector
• Proficiency in English and German languages
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
