TL;DR

Senior Revenue Analyst (Business Analytics): Analyze and monitor daily and weekly revenue trends, customer behavior, and campaign impacts to provide actionable insights for business teams. With an accent on marketplace dynamics and e-commerce performance, focus on designing data-driven hypotheses, building dashboards, and supporting fast decision-making in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Hybrid role based in Madrid or Valencia, Spain (2 days per week onsite)

What you will do

Track daily and weekly revenue trends and customer behavior versus forecasts
Identify deviations, test hypotheses, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues
Monitor the impact of campaigns, pricing, and product changes
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Google Sheets
Support ongoing forecast updates and weekly performance reviews
Respond quickly to urgent data requests with structured, data-driven answers

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or near Madrid or Valencia, Spain with hybrid work (2 days onsite)
3–5+ years experience in analytics, FP&A, or performance strategy in e-commerce or marketplace environments
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills including formulas and pivots
Proficient in SQL for exploring large datasets
Strong analytical mindset with ability to test hypotheses systematically
Clear communication skills to translate complex data into executive-ready insights
Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams
Curious about AI tools to enhance analytics and scale insights
