What you will do

• Build and own hirify.global’s content strategy, focusing on thought leadership and organic discoverability.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product Marketing teams for SEO-informed content planning and development.
• Oversee channel-specific content adaptation and development, including long-form editorial, videos, and customer stories.
• Establish editorial guidelines, voice and tone frameworks, and manage a centralized editorial calendar.
• Lead a cross-functional content council and manage external writers/agencies to expand content capacity.
• Define content performance KPIs and use AI tools for research, optimization, and content repurposing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 10+ years of content marketing leadership experience and a strong portfolio.
• Proven success in developing content architecture that serves thought leadership and organic visibility goals.
• Expertise in SEO-informed content planning and collaboration with Growth/SEO teams.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, able to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Experience using AI tools for content ideation, optimization, and efficiency.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS experience preferred, with a creative B2C writing style.
• Understanding of CMS, DAM, and content operations tools supporting structured content delivery.
