What you will do
- Lead creative, branding, and digital processes and execution across communications and media.
- Orchestrate the development of a new/enhanced brand identity, working with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Own the corporate website, managing the development and delivery of copy, design, graphics, and creative content.
- Drive comprehensive, consistent website analytics, including heatmapping, personalization, and A/B testing, to improve results.
- Manage creative projects from design through to production with transparency, feedback, and within schedule and budget.
- Develop and manage an online community site, working with marketing, communications, and product management.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of hands-on experience with progressive growth in managing and supporting creative, branding, and digital processes within B2B technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and/or communications with web and design work experience.
- Technical skills: Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Elementor, SEO, Google Analytics, HTML.
- Experience leading major rebranding and website development projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytics, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests, operational budgets, and outside agencies.
