What you will do

• Manage daily tasks and priorities, ensuring steady progress and meeting all SLAs.
• Review and confirm customer documents such as passports, IDs, and bank statements, investigating accounts with precision.
• Process withdrawals, track missing deposits, and resolve payment-related issues.
• Manage escalations related to owed funds, reconciliations, and fraud cases.
• Provide clear guidance to customers and colleagues, escalating key issues to the Team Lead CO AML.
• Ensure department procedures are followed, proactively contribute to system/process improvements, and assist other Customer Operations teams.

Requirements

• Detail Oriented, energized by scrutinising information and documentation for validity.
• Trustworthy, helping prevent identity theft, terrorist financing, money laundering, and financial fraud.
• Tech Savvy, skilled in MS Office Programs and able to quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• Good knowledge of the English language (English is the official language of the hirify.global Malta office).
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Beneficial: German Language Skills for verifying German documents.
