What you will do
- Lead the B2C Operations group, specifically the Fraud, Risk, and Payments team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive fraud and risk management strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and respond to potential risks and fraud patterns using real-time monitoring and data analytics.
- Automate manual operational processes related to fraud detection and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and establish/maintain positive relationships with vendors and payment processors.
- Collaborate with customer support to review and improve existing procedures and training tools.
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, particularly in fraud, risk, and payments within B2C platforms.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools for monitoring and evaluating fraud patterns and trends.
- Ability to forecast and adjust staffing levels based on insights gained from forecasting.
- Strong leadership skills to coach, mentor, and develop teams, ensuring high productivity and compliance.
- English: B2 required
- Work from Malta

- Experience with AI and other technologies to enhance automation in chat support.
- Ability to implement LMS and create standardized remote training sessions.
