What you will do

• Perform complex reconciliations for bank accounts, customer accounts, and intercompany transactions across fiat and digital assets.
• Leverage automation and AI to transform manual processes into efficient, tech-led workflows.
• Manage internal and external data, recording daily cash balances and monitoring fund movements.
• Ensure system and client data accuracy, including NAV reporting, and maintain reconciliation templates.
• Support financial reporting, audit processes, and lead the implementation of standardised reconciliation processes for new products.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Payment Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to refine reporting and integrate AI/automation.

Requirements

• Degree in Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in reconciliations or financial services.
• Strong interest in AI and automation, with proven examples of leveraging technology to improve processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to present complex financial findings and workflows clearly to senior leadership.
