What you will do

• Develop and configure Varicent compensation models and calculation logic.
• Implement best practice configurations optimizing for scalability and usability.
• Plan and execute QA/UAT testing for system changes ensuring error-free deployments.
• Analyze application performance and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Monitor data flows and troubleshoot integration errors with upstream systems.
• Manage project timelines balancing support tickets and system builds independently.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Toronto, Canada or Austin, TX.
• 4+ years in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Systems Administration in SaaS environments.
• 3+ years hands-on experience configuring Varicent or similar ICM tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting large datasets.
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS business models.
• Experience in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Infrastructure domains.
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based compensation models.
