What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams across hirify.global.
• Gather, analyze, and specify requirements for internal applications.
• Manage product deliverables from requirements through delivery.
• Design and build scalable AI-driven products that address real-world problems.
• Research and apply advancements in AI and large language models.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Thorough understanding of AI and familiarity with language models.
• Understanding of vector databases and relevant data structures.
• Excellent communication skills in English required.
• Collaborative mindset, mature judgment, and a strong focus on delivery.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SQL, Redis, Kafka, or other database and messaging technologies.
• Experience in finance is not required.
