What you will do

• Build and expand strong partnerships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored recommendations.
• Foster customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction by delivering top-tier support and service.
• Collect and share client insights and suggestions for product improvements with the development team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Design and implement customer success strategies to boost product adoption and maximize client value.

Requirements

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in customer support, account management, or sales within the Forex sector.
• English: Fluency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5 platforms.
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and relationship management skills.
