What you will do

- Own tone of voice and adapt global campaigns to local nuances
- Run experiments to test hypotheses and inform go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2C marketing experience in fast-paced or hyper-growth global tech companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hirify.global’s products and features
- Knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape
- Experience in strategic direction and project managing complex campaigns
- Ability to analyze data into actionable insights for campaign and product development
