What you will do

• Serve as a technical expert in system operations, identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
• Own and optimize critical system workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance for system-related queries.
• Lead process documentation and governance, ensuring best practices.
• Capture business requirements, translating them into actionable system improvements.
• Proactively monitor system performance and security, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in system and process analysis within a technical or enterprise environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
• Expertise in enterprise technologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with IT infrastructure, networks, and software development life cycles.
• Strong understanding of security principles and risk management in system operations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
