What you will do

• Complete structured rotations across IT Service Delivery teams including front and back office support, 2nd line support, and service transition
• Manage IT assets and participate in change, problem, and incident management
• Support network, software, and hardware management to ensure smooth business operations
• Develop technical and operational IT skills through hands-on experience
• Work closely with experienced professionals to understand core IT processes and best practices

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK and residency in UK/EEA for past 3 years
• Minimum 112 UCAS points and 5 GCSEs A*-C/9-4 including Maths and English
• Honesty, self-motivation, reliability, and enthusiasm to learn
• Ability to demonstrate interest in financial services industry
